Heritage & Restoration
Steel windows were often fitted into period buildings and their slim lines are an important design feature. Many old steel windows have corrosion as they were manufactured before galvanising and powder coating techniques were available. Using replacement steel windows will preserve the elegant sight lines and durability of the original frames and comply to modern building regulations.
Replacement steel window frames are hot dipped galvanised and have a powder coated paint finish which results in a low maintenance, high quality frame. Original glass, stained glass or leaded lights can be preserved if required and the windows can be double-glazed. Our team provide a personal service and are experts in installing to brick and stonework in churches and listed buildings.
