St Saviour's (Dobbin) Church, Portadown
This commission for a memorial window in St Saviour's Church, Portadown, depicts the story of The Lost Sheep and will consist of a left and a right arched window with an inscription underneath.
We firstly presented the client with a black and white sketch of our proposed window design in December 2013. The client liked the sketch so a hand illustrated cartoon was drawn to scale in January 2014.
With the client happy with the progression of the design, our stained glass artist then started drawing out the full size window on to tracing paper in January 2014. This will be the working drawing used for cutting out the lead and glass.
After months of detailed drawing, painting, firing and lead work we finished this beautiful memorial stained glass window. It depicts the story of The Lost Sheep and was dedicated in St Saviour's on 12th October 2014.
