- 250g Bulla Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- 300g Coles Bakery Stone Baked White Batard, split
- 40g Coles 4 Leaf Salad Mix
- 185g hot smoked salmon, skin removed, flaked
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Method
- Step 1 Combine the cottage cheese and dill in a small bowl. Season with pepper.
- Step 2 Place the bread base on a clean work surface. Top with the salad mix, cottage cheese mixture and salmon. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Top with bread top. Cut into quarters to serve.
